摘　　要：本文主要对近年来药动学药效学结合模型在模型建立、药理学、毒理学、临床应用及新药研发等方面的进展进行了综述,并展望其发展前景。In this article we reviews, the recent advances of pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic model reviews in building model and the application in pharmacology, toxicology, clinical trials, and predicts the development of the PK-PD model in the future.
