活体溶组织内阿米巴滋养体简易染色方法的研究

摘　　要：目的研究活体溶组织内阿米巴滋养体的染色方法。方法应用洛克氏液将中性红、台盼蓝、四溴荧光素、卡红四种染色剂分别稀释成1∶500、1∶1000、1∶1500、1∶2000浓度。以培养的溶组织内阿米巴滋养体作湿涂片染色,在显微镜下观察。另用80℃水浴3min杀死的阿米巴滋养体作为死亡染色对照。结果中性红和台盼蓝染色效果最好。结论中性红和台盼蓝染色方法简便实用,可供教学和临床检验使用,特别是为抗阿米巴的药物疗效实验可提供一种简易方法。Objective To study the staining method of active Entamoeba hi stolytica trophozoite. Methods Humid smear of live or heat killed (80°C for 3 min) Entamoeba histolytica trophozoite was prepared and stained with neutralr ed,trypan blue,tetrabromofluorescein or coccinellin(1∶2 000 in Locke). Results The best staining is by neutral red and trypan blue. Conclusion The staining method by neutral red and trypan blue is simple and can be used in teaching and clinical test. Especially it provide significant basis for evaluating the treatm ent of Entamoeba histolytica trophozoite.
