摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的疗效及影响疗效的相关因素。方法对2000～2001年完成随访的103例内镜鼻窦手术进行临床分析。I型为9例(8.7%),Ⅱ型为70例(68.0%),Ⅲ型为24例(14.6%)。术后随访8～15个月。结果I型治愈率88.9%,Ⅱ型治愈率81.7%,Ⅲ型治愈率为70.8%。结论鼻内镜手术疗效与临床分型、术前的治疗、手术技巧、术后的随访等综合因素有关。Objective To explore the therapeutic effects and the factors affecting the treatment of nasal endoscopic surgery in treatment of chronic nasa l sinusitis and nasal polyps. Methods 103 cases of chronic nasal sinusitis and nasal polyps patients who were followed up from 2000 to 2001 were treated with n asal endoscopic surgery; 9 cases (8.7%) was type I, 70 cases (68.0%) in type Ⅱ and 24 cases (14.6%) in type Ⅲ. The patients were followed up for eight months to 15 months. Results The curative rate was 88.9% in type I; 81.7% in type Ⅱan d 70.8% in type Ⅲ. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of nasal endoscopic surge ry is closely related with the clinical types, preoperative treatment, operative techniques and the following up after operation.
