摘  要:通过加入2 0 %的镍,0 .2 %的钛和用FeSi75孕育处理,获得稳定的D型石墨奥氏体铸铁。对其在85 0℃抗氧化性能和室温耐磨性能进行试验研究表明,与现有的D型石墨铁素体铸铁玻璃模具材质相比,抗氧化性能提高15 0 % ,耐磨性能提高5 0 %。因此,高镍D型石墨奥氏体铸铁是制作玻璃模具的优良材质。Ni resist castings of D type graphite can be obtained by the addition 20% Ni and 0.2% Ti and by inoculation with FeSi75 .Their oxidation resistance at 850℃ and wear resistance at room temperature were examined and studied.It shows that the oxidation resistance and wear resistance of Ni resist castings of D type graphite are 2.5 times and 1.5 times as much as that of ferritic cast irons of D type graphite as glass mould materials now, respectively. So they are fairly good materials for making glass mould.
