摘 要:分析了氮势控制的基本原理,通过测定和控制氨气流量来控制氨分解率的方法实现气体渗氮的氮势控制。测定了不同渗氮温度下传感器输出电势、氨气流量与氨分解率之间的关系,并以此为依据制定工艺,对40Cr、35CrMo和1Cr13不锈钢试样进行气体渗氮自动控制,取得了理想的结果。The principle of nitrogen tendency control was analyzed. Nitrogen tendency in nitriding was firstly controlled by the method of controlling the rate of nitrogen decomposition after measuring and controlling nitrogen flux. The relationship among potential outputted by sensor, nitrogen flux and the decomposition rate was measured under different temperatures, on which the techniques was decided based. The results of experiments on 40Cr,35CrMo and stainless steels 1Cr13 were showed that the techniques were practical.
