摘 要:目的观察酪氨酸对高碘性小鼠甲状腺形态结构的影响。方法采用2×3析因设计,将碘酸钾加入饮水中,分为50、600μg/L2个水平。同时将酪氨酸加入饲料中,分为0、10%、20%3个水平,喂养6个月后,测定小鼠甲状腺质量,光镜和电镜下观察甲状腺形态结构的变化。结果与适碘组相比,高碘组小鼠甲状腺相对质量明显增加,而高碘酪氨酸组小鼠甲状腺相对质量恢复正常;光镜下甲状腺随着碘剂量增高,出现胶质潴留;电镜下甲状腺滤泡上皮细胞器减少。但是随着酪氨酸剂量增高,甲状腺滤泡中胶质潴留量明显减少,甲状腺肿大(甲肿)程度明显降低,甲状腺滤泡上皮细胞表现为功能活跃现象。结论高碘可以引起小鼠甲状腺胶质潴留性肿大,并引起甲状腺滤泡上皮细胞损伤,而酪氨酸对滤泡上皮细胞具有一定的保护作用,可以部分拮抗高碘引起的甲肿。Objective To observe the effects of tyrosine on thyroidal morphol ogy under excessive iodine in mice. Methods A 2 by 3 factorial design was used i n the experiment. The levels of iodine and tyrosine were 50, 600 μg/L in drinki ng water and 0, 10% and 20% in food respectively. After six months thyroid weigh t was measured and the morphology of thyroid was observed under light and electr on microscope. Results Compared with the control group, the relative weight of thyroid increased markedly in the iodine excess group, but it was relatively no rmal in tyrosine group. With the increase of iodine dose, colloid accumulation w as found under light microscope and organelles of follicular epithelium cell wer e decreased under electron microscope. However, with the increase of tyrosine do se, colloidal accumulation and goiter degree were significantly decreased and th e follicles epithelial cells became functionally active. Conclusions Iodine e xcess may cause both the colloidal goiter and injury of follicular epithelial ce lls in mice, which can be partially ameliorated by tyrosine.
