摘　　要：网络环境下高校馆建立书刊采访档案是重要的。采访档案的建立有它的内容范围和方式。采访档案的管理要增强书刊采访档案意识、掌握多媒体管理技术、及时更新采访档案内容。To establish the gathering files on the network for the university library archivist is sihnificant. For this reason, the article expound the scopes and styles of gathering files, together with the managerial methods: improving the awareness of gathering files, mastering modern techniques, renewing the contents of gathering files promptly and so on.
