摘　　要：在中世纪晚期,随着欧洲社会的复兴,新兴城市中逐渐出现了一批知识分子。这些知识分子群体在西方社会缺失专门教育机构的背景下,以10世纪的学术复兴为契机,以行会组织为参照,组建大学社团,并最终导致西方大学的逐渐形成和西方学术生活的体制化变革。In the later period of the Middle Ages,with the development of Europe, intelligentsia appeared in the new cities, but there were not enough professional education institutions yet.Upon the chance of academic renaissance in the 10th century,by imitating the organizational rules of the guild, the intelligentsia established Universitas and Studia Generalis, which at last contributed to the germination of modern universities and colleges and the institutionalization of the academic life.
