摘　　要：分析了恒转矩型和恒功率型电主轴的转矩、功率与转速的关系,采用MM440系列变频器进行调速控制,通过合理设定变频器参数,建立了适合恒转矩型和恒功率型电主轴调速的变频器U/f控制曲线。对电主轴的矢量控制做了探讨,说明了电主轴矢量控制的优点、限制条件和参数调整方法。Based on foundation of the relationship between torque, power and rotate speed of motori- zed spindle, the curves of U/f are setup for speed controlling of motorized spindles applied for the load of constant torque or power by setting properly the parameters of frequency- converter of MM440. The vector control for motorized spindle is also discussed, and its advantages, limits, and parameter settings of frequency-converter are interpreted.
