摘　　要：讨论了知识与业务流程的关系,提出了基于工作流的知识建模及其系统框架;给出了模型相似度和关联度的基本算法;讨论了支持知识与知识、知识与人以及知识与过程的集成技术,以及将知识应用到企业的业务流程中的方法。总结实现基于工作流的知识建模关键技术,最后介绍了一个基于工作流的知识建模原型系统的应用。This paper discusses the relationship between knowledge and business process and we proposed the knowledge modeling and the system framework based on workflow. And proposes the base arithmetic of similarity degree and association degree. Argues the technologies for supporting the integration between knowledge and knowledge, knowledge and employees as well as knowledge and process, and the methods for applying knowledge into the business process of enterprises. It also summarizes the essential technologies for establishing the knowledge modeling based on the workflow. Finally, it introduces an application of the archetype system of knowledge modeling based on the workflow.
