摘 要:VR(Virtual Reality)技术在现阶段的各领域得到广泛应用,通过对虚拟现实系统的分析,结合核动力设备的装配工艺过程的实现特点总结出一套切实可行的实现虚拟装配方案。方案总体划分为建模、模型处理、虚拟环境构建三部分,并且完成了一些设备的完整虚拟装配过程。通过使用人员的评估认为该方案可行,基本实现了虚拟装配的工程需要。VR ( Virtual reality ) technology has been widely applied in a lot of fields nowadays. The essay mainly focuses on the research outcomes from which the VR technology is used in the virtual assembly of special equipments. By analyzing the VR system and comparing with the characteristic of assembly craft on special equipment, the essay summarizes a practicable virtual assembly method which consists of three parts: modeling, models disposing, VR environment establishing. An overall course of virtual assembling some equipment was also provided. The method has been deemed successful by test and basically fulfilled the engineering needs of virtual assembly.
