河北秦皇岛柔嫩艾美耳分离株对常用抗球虫药的抗药性研究

摘　　要：检测了河北秦皇岛柔嫩艾美耳球虫株对球敌、力克球和氨丙啉3种常用抗球虫药的抗药性。根据抗球虫活性百分率(POAA)、病变记分减少率(RLS)、相对卵囊产量(ROP)和抗球虫指数(ACI)综合判定,结果表明,该虫株对氨丙啉无抗药性;对球敌轻度抗药;对力克球中度抗药。尽管对球敌存在轻度抗药,在增重及ACI方面优于氨丙啉。The drug resistance of Eimeria tenella from Qin Huangdao Hebei province to 3 commonly used coccidiostats such as Qiudi, Likeqiu and Amprolian was tested.Based on the criteria of the percentage of optimum anticoccidial activity(POAA), reduction of lesion scores(RLS), relative oocyst production(ROP)and anticoccidial index(ACI), the results showed that the strain was of light resistance to Qiudi, medium resistance to Likeqiu, and no resistance to Amprolian.However, Qiudi had better weight gain and ACI than Amprolian.
