摘 要:利用曲霉菌体Aspergillussp.制备成生物吸附剂,对水中六价铬进行吸附试验,结果表明,在pH值为2,温度为30℃,吸附时间为8h,吸附剂用量为12g/L的条件下,对于六价铬初始质量浓度为20mg/L时,吸附率达到97.9%,使用稀盐酸对Aspergillussp.菌体进行浸泡预处理后,可提高其吸附率,通过傅立叶红外光谱分析,生物细胞壁上的—NH和—OH可能在该曲霉菌体吸附六价铬的过程中起重要作用。A biological adsorbent prepared with aspergillus sp. was used in an adsorption test of chromium(VI) in water, the results of which show: Under the conditions that pH value is 2, temperature is 30 ℃, adsorption time is 8 h and dose of adsorbent is 12 g/L, the adsorption rate reaches 97.9% when the initial mass concentration of chromium(VI) is 20 mg/L; the adsorption rate can be further improved after the aspergillus sp. is pretreated by immersion in dilute HCL; and according to the FTIR analysis, the -NH and -OH on the cell wall of organism may play an important role in the process of adsorption of chromium(VI) by the said Aspergillus sp.
