摘　　要：基于正负理想方案,以灰色关联度为基础,并借鉴TOPSIS方法的基本思想,建立了评价导弹战术技术性能的综合评价模型,论述了分析导弹性能的具体过程。最后,用实例表明模型在评价导弹战术技术性能中的可行性和实用性。In view of the positive and negative ideal plans, a comprehensive evaluation model of missile performance in tactic and technology is established, based on the gray correlation degree and taking regard to TOPSIS method. At the same time, the concrete course is illustrated during the analysis of the problem. Finally, the practical calculation shows that the model is feasible in evaluating missile performance.
