摘 要:通过高温加速老化试验和统计分析,研究了某导弹战斗部中炸药装药的贮存寿命分布规律,在此基础上,建立了贮存寿命的可靠性评估模型,并对贮存温度下的平均贮存寿命及贮存寿命置信下限进行了评估。研究得出,该导弹战斗部炸药装药的贮存寿命服从对数正态分布规律;常温25℃条件下贮存时,其平均贮存寿命为67. 2a,置信度为0. 8、0. 85、0. 9、0. 95水平下的贮存寿命置信下限分别为29. 58、23. 06、15. 75和7. 14a。研究结果对该导弹战斗部炸药装药的后续贮存方案的制定等具有重要的指导意义和参考价值。In this paper, the accelerated aging tests at several higher temperatures are carried out for a kind of RDX compound explosive charge used in a certain missile warhead. By statistical analysis of the test data, the shelf life distribution rule is studied, an estimate model for the shelf life is established, and the average value and the low confidence limits of the shelf life at storage temperature is predicted. Based on these the following conclusions are drawn: the shelf life of the warhead charge obeys lognormal distribution. At temperature 250C, its mean shelf life is 67.2 years, and the low confidence limit is 29.58, 23.06, 15.75 and 7.14 years at the confidence level 0.8, o.85, 0.9 and 0.95, respectively. The achievements obtained in this paper are of important value.
