摘　　要：在现代化快速发展的时代,我们必须重新审视包括技术创新在内的一切问题。传统意义的技术创新对生态环境缺少关怀意见,根据新经济发展的要求和现代化发展的趋势,必须对技术创新实行生态化转向。政府管理体制和企业的技术改造是技术创新实行生态化转向的关键。In a period a fast development,we must reexamine all the problems, including technique innovation.Because the traditional technique innovation takes no consideration of the ecology,We must make an ecological transformation of technique innovatins, to which the government administration system and the enterprise’ technique reform are the key.
