聚苯乙烯包膜尿素缓释肥的缓释特性研究

摘　　要：以尿素为缓释肥料核心,废聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料作基料,松香为粘结剂,粉煤灰为调理剂,用简易的生产成本研制出较为理想的缓释肥料,为适合目标作物营养需求规律的专用肥奠定工艺基础.采用水溶法对其释放特性进行研究和评价,试验结果表明,缓释效果随着聚苯乙烯浓度、松香量及包膜厚度的增加而提高,但聚苯乙烯浓度超过35%后,因粘度过大给包裹带来困难,从成本考虑松香的加入量为15%左右为佳.With urea as nuclear,the waste polystyrene foamed plastics is utilized as the base material.Rosin is added in order to improve the properity of toughness of polystyrene foamed plastics.By adopting simply craft with lower production cost to make the coated slow release fertilize with better releasing result,the study used the water dissolution rate method to determine the releasing amount and to appraise to the fertilizer.The slow-released effect is raising with the desity of polystyrene,amount of rosin and the thickness of coated membrane.When the desity of polystyrene exceeds 35%,it is difficult to wrap.The appropriate content of rosin is about 15%.
