摘　　要：本组观察了手术中需要输血的大中型手术30例,术中静脉滴注Gelofusine500～1500ml。出血量600ml以下19例,均未予输血;出血600ml以上者适量输血。术中血压、心率平稳,无一例出现过敏表现或渗血增多,术中尿量500ml以上,伤口愈合良好。手术前后出凝血时间、凝血酶原时间、凝血酶原活动度测定比较均无显著性差异(P>O.05)。结果表明Gelofusine是一种安全、有效、使用方便的血浆代用品。Gelofusine, a new type colloidal plasma substitute prepared from alkaline hydrolysis of bovine collagen with an average molecular weight of about 30, 000 Daltons, is an isotonic sterile and pyrogen-free 4% solution of succinylated gelatin in saline with a colloidal osmotic pressure of 465 mm H2O. 30 surgical patients were treated with 500-1500 ml of Gelofusine as a plasma substitute during operation and satisfactory results were obtained. No allergic phenomenon and impairment of blood hemostasis were observed after infusion. Gelofusine is a safe,effective and excellent plasma substitute and convenient in use.
