三参通脉口服液治疗胸痹心痛的药理研究

摘　　要：三参通脉口服液对正常犬有增加冠脉流量,降低冠脉阻力、外周阻力、心肌耗氧量的作用,对结扎冠脉造成心肌缺血的家犬有缩小心肌梗塞范围及缓解ST段异常的作用。Increase in blood flow of arteria coronaria, decrease in arteria coronaria resistance, peripheral resistance, and myocardial oxygen consumption in health dogs can be achieved by administration of oral solution of sanshentongmai. But reduction in myocardial injure and remission of ST part abmormal can be achieved in myocardial ischemia dogs caused by arteria ligature by the same drug.
