钉螺血淋巴细胞酸性磷酸酶活性的研究

摘　　要：目的为研究日本血吸虫幼虫与钉螺宿主的相容性与抵抗性机制提供基础资料。方法将解剖的钉螺软体组织经挤压法获取钉螺血淋巴液,以偶氮色素法染色后,光学显微镜下观察螺血淋巴细胞酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活性。结果在钉螺血淋巴细胞中的伸展性阿米巴细胞胞浆中可见呈棕色颗粒的ACP阳性反应物,而圆形阿米巴细胞胞浆中未见呈棕色颗粒的ACP阳性反应物。结论钉螺血淋巴细胞中的伸展性阿米巴细胞含ACP。Objective To study the compatible and resisting mechanism between the early larval stages of Schistosoma japonicum and oncomelania huensis for getting the basic data.Methods The hemolymph samples of oncomelania hujpensis were obtained by pressing the foot muscles of the snail.The acid phosphatase (ACP) in the blood cells of oncomelania hupensis was observed at the light microscope level by the burstone stained technique.Results The ACP reaction products were seen in the perinuclear region of the spreading blood cells,but they were not seen in the round blood cells.Conclusion There is ACP in the spreading blood cells of oncomelania hupensis.
