摘　　要：本文从组织知识创造的多层次性分析入手,在参考了野中等人的研究成果的基础上,描绘出一个由个体知识向企业知识创造演进的多维开放动态螺旋模型。本文还提出了基于知识创造规律的企业知识活动保证机制及知识管理原则性建议。本文的研究工作,发展了知识创新理论体系。Based on the analysis of the multilayer of organizational knowledge creation and the reference of the results of Ikujiros' research ,this paper traces out an mutil-dimension ,opening , dynamic and helix model ,which are evolved from individual knowledge to company knowledge creation. At the same time, based on the laws of knowledge creation, it puts forward the guarantee mechanism of company knowledge activity and the principle advice of knowledge management. Above all, it develops the system of knowledge innovation.
