摘　　要：基于CAN现场总线技术的特点,提出了一种低成本数据采集系统的设计方案,给出了系统整体结构,介绍了其硬件组成原理及软件设计方法。系统中适配卡采用外接式,增加了其灵活性。实验表明,该系统结构合理、性能可靠,提高了测控系统的集成度,实现了PC机和测控设备之间的数据传输,可广泛应用于分布式测控系统中。A low-cost plan for data collection system was introduced based on characteristics of CAN field bus technique, with overall structure of the system presented. The principle of hardware and method of software designing were explained. It indicates through the test that the system is simple and highly reliable, having improved the integrated degree of control testing system to answer for the data communications between the PC and the test system, which can be broadly used in distributed control system.
