糖平胶囊对糖尿病大鼠模型作用机制的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨糖平胶囊防治糖尿病(DM)大鼠的作用机制。方法:将120只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组20只,余100只应用四氧嘧啶腹腔注射制作DM大鼠模型,模型成功后再分为模型组、二甲双胍组、糖平胶囊小剂量组、中剂量组、大剂量组。结果:糖平胶囊治疗组血清GLU、CHO、TG、LDL均有不同程度改善,糖平胶囊中剂量组SOD水平升高更明显,C肽水平增高有明显差异,P<0.05。糖平胶囊对大鼠胰岛素的影响与模型组、二甲双胍组比较有显著差异,P<0.05。结论:糖平胶囊可修复胰岛细胞功能、促进胰岛素分泌、降低大鼠血糖水平,且能改善脂代谢、提高SOD水平,从而对DM具有良好的防治作用。Objective:to investigate the mechanism of tangping capsules for treating diabetes.Methods:120 Wistar rats were stochastically partitioned into 6 groups,the control group,the model group,the metformin hydrochloride tablets group,the large-dosage-tangping capsules group,the middle-dosage-tangping capsules group and the small-dosage-tangping capsules group.Results:the serum GLU,CHO,TG,LDL had varying degree improvements in all tangping capsules treatment groups.And serum C-P had a noticeable increase,P<0.05.Especially in the middle-dosage-tangping capsules group,the improvement of SOD is very obvious.Comparing with metformin hydrochloride tablets group and model group,tangping capsules has a remarkable effect on the pancreas of diabetes rats,P<0.05.Conclusion:tangping capsules can repair the β-cell' function,accelerate the insulin' secretion,decrease the level of blood sugar,improve the metabolizability,as well as increase SOD level.So it is believed a good clinical practice for treating diabetes with tangping capsules.
