杭州市医院产房新生儿首针乙型肝炎疫苗接种分析

摘　　要：目的　了解杭州市乙型肝炎(乙肝)疫苗纳入儿童计划免疫后,医院产房新生儿首针乙肝疫苗的接种情况。方法　采取分层随机抽样的方法,对4 36 2名新生儿进行调查。结果　医院产房新生儿首针乙肝疫苗的接种率、及时接种率分别为95 . 87%、95 .76 % ,母亲HBsAg阳性率7. 83%。结论　杭州市医院产房新生儿首针乙肝疫苗的接种工作开展较好。Objective To investigate HB vaccination rate of the first dose for newborns in maternity ward after HB vaccine was brought into EPI in Hangzhou. Methods Stratified cluster sampling method was applied to 4 362 newborns into this investigation. Results The vaccinaton rate and timely vaccination rate of the first dose of HB vaccine for newborns reached 95.76% and 95.64% respectivey.The positive rate of HBsAg were 7.83% among mothers. Conclusion The vaccination of the first dose of HB vaccine for newborn is well carried out in obstetrical department in Hangzhou.
