摘 要:γ多聚谷氨酸(γPolyglutamicacid,以下简称γPGA)是一种由微生物发酵合成的新型多聚氨基酸.将γPGA与明胶膜交联可制成重金属吸附剂.结果表明,在制备明胶膜的同时加入γPGA,以浓度为0.1%的戊二醛溶液作为交联剂,在20℃条件下交联2h能更好地将γPGA与明胶相结合.采用初始浓度为100×10-6g/mL的Cu2+溶液在30℃条件下吸附4h能够达到最大吸附量.研究证明,γPGA确实对于重金属离子具有很强的吸附作用.Special sorbent is made in laboratory by biodegradable γ-Poly glutamic acid (γ-PGA) which is produced by microbes. γ-PGA is combined with carrier in the crosslinking reaction. As the result shows, Glutaraldehyde with the concentration of 0.1% is used as the crosslinking material, γ-PGA is mixed in the pellicle-forming process, and 20℃ and 2 hours are the best situation for the combination of γ-PGA and glutin as the carrier. The results of Cu^(2+) absorption are detected by Ultraviolet spectrophotometer according to the standard curve. Most Cu^(2+) is absorbed in the situation of 100×10^(-6)g/mL as the original concentration, 30℃ and 4 hours' absorption. In conclusion, γ-PGA is of great absorbability to heavy metals.
