益气解毒颗粒对小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：用炭粒吞噬法测定RES(网状内皮系统)吞噬能力,检测血清中溶血素含量,以检测依赖IL 1、IL 2细胞的增殖测定IL 1、IL 2.结果表明益气解毒颗粒能明显提高RES吞噬能力和溶血素抗体生成能力、促进IL 1、IL 2的诱生,提高小鼠的免疫功能.Used the carbon clearence test to induced the ability of clearence of charcoal practice, studied the hemolysin detection to test the production of the hemolysin. antibody, the production of IL-1?IL-2 were observed respectively by the proliferation of some cells which depend on IL-1?IL-2.Yiqi-Jiedu Granuls can improve the ability of clearence of charcoal practicea and enhance the production of the hemolysin antidody,it also can accelerate prouction of IL-1?IL-2.Yiqi-Jiedu Granuls can reinforce immunological function in mice.
