摘　　要：解放思想,实事求是,是邓小平理论的精髓,同时它也是中国法学研究的指导思想。中国法学研究的核心始终是中国社会主义建设中出现的各种法律问题,只有具备这种问题意识,法学研究才不会偏离正确的方向。法学研究的根本方法是理论联系实际,并且强调注重实践。法学研究的生命在于理论创新。Liberating thinking and respecting fact' is the essential part of Deng Xiao-ping's theory, and also the thought to guide the jurisprudence research in China. The kernel component of the jurisprudence research in China is always those issues faced in building the Chinese socialism. Only people have such a problem awareness, will the jurisprudence research not deviate from its right target. The basic method of jurisprudence research is in combining theory with practice, and putting emphasis on the latter. The life of jurisprudence research is just in the theoretical innovation.
