摘 要:目的探讨体外反搏治疗对冠心病患者血浆vWF和sICAM-1水平的影响和意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附双抗体夹心法原理,定量测定反搏前、反搏1h末及第1、2疗程末患者血浆中vWF和sICAM-1水平。结果反搏1h末血浆vWF水平明显增高(P<0.05),而sICAM-1水平则明显降低(P<0.05);反搏第1、2疗程末vWF水平恢复至反搏治疗前水平(P>0.05),而sICAM-1水平则呈降低趋势(P>0.05)。结论体外反搏治疗对冠心病患者血浆vWF和sICAM-1水平的动态效应可能是冠心病患者从中受益的原因之一。Objective To investigate the significance and effect on plasma vWF and sICAM-1 concentration by external counterpulsation(ECP) in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods The plasma vWF and sICAM-1 concentration at several points before and during ECP treatment were determined respectively in method of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Results The plasma vWF concentration increased significantly 1 hour after ECP treatment(P<0.05= and returned to normal level at the end point of 1st and 2nd period of treatment(P>0.05). While the plasma sICAM-1 level decreased significantly 1 hour after ECP treatment(P<0.05=, and went toward decrease at the end point of 1st and 2nd period of treatment (P>0.05). Conclusion The good effect of ECP on plasma vWF and sICAM-1 concentration of patients with coronary heart disease may be one of reasons why such patients can benefit from ECP treatment.
