国民体质监测中我国成年人群高血压检出率影响因素研究

摘　　要：为掌握现阶段我国高血压发病的相关因素,采用因子分析方法,利用2 0 0 0年国民体质监测的资料,对我国3 1个省、自台区、直辖市的1 7.7万成年人(2 0～5 9岁)和老年人(6 0～6 9岁)的高血压检出率及其影响因素进行分析。结果发现,无论在体质指标中,还是综合因素的分析中,体型变化是影响高血压检出率的首要因素,其中,男子以腰围的影响更为重要,女子以BMI的影响更为重要;年龄和机能指标与高血压检出率关系也较密切;生存环境和工作种类对高血压检出率也有重要影响。In order to understand relative factors causing hypertension at present in China,this paper made analysis on influence factors and examine rate of hypertension for 177000 adult people aged at 20～59 and elder people aged at 60～69 in 31 provinces through using the method of factor analysis and data of 2000 National Fitness monitor.The result showed that the figure was the first to influence general survey rate of hypertension.Waistline for man and BMI for woman was the most important factor.Age and function index has close relation with hypertension-examined rate.Living environment and working also has important influence on hypertension-examined rate.
