疣蝗受精囊的显微结构观察

摘　　要：用光镜对疣蝗受精囊和受精囊管的结构做了初步的观察.结果表明,它们的结构由内向外分别为:内膜层、上皮层、基膜、肌肉层和围脏膜,其中上皮层有许多微管穿过内膜层到达囊腔,上皮层很发达,肌肉层中纵肌和环肌交错,分布不均匀.讨论了受精囊结构和功能之间的关系,同时将它与其它直翅目昆虫受精囊的结构进行比较,认为它与中华稻蝗受精囊的结构相似.By using of light microscope, the spermatheca of Trilophidia annulata Thunberg has been investigated. From inner to outer, the spermatheca consists of inner membrane, epithelial layer, basal membrane, muscle layer and peritoneal membrane. Many canaliculuses from epithelial layer drill through inner membrane and reach to the cavity of spermatheca. Longitudinal muscles and circular muscles constitute epithelial layer and distribute asymmetrically. The relation of spermatheca structure and function are discussed. After comparing structures of some Orthoptera, the conclude that the structure of spermatheca of Trilophidia annulata are similar to Oxya chinesis′s is obtained.
