摘　　要：本文总结了生命与环境工程系迎接山东省教育厅人才培养工作水平评估的工作情况,并从发展的角度对今后如何搞好高职人才培养工作进行了探讨。This paper draws an conclusion of the working conditions of the Life and Environmental Engineering Department during the working level assessment of talent training given by the Shandong Provincial Educational Department and probes into how to do the work of cultivating the higher technical and vocational school talents in the future in term of developing.
