摘  要:实验室试验表明,紫外线照射与75%乙醇或2%过氧化氢协同处理,可提高对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞的杀灭作用。在实验室条件下,上述协同作用5分钟,可使芽胞的杀灭率达99.99%以上。Abstract The laboratory experiment showed that ultraviolet irradiation for 5 min alone could kill99.971 % of spores of Bacillus subtilis var.niger and 2 % hydrogen peroxide alone could kill2075%,while 75% ethnol alone could kill not reduce the viable spores.However,ultravioletirradiation for 5 min could kill 99.998% of the spores when 2% hydrogen peroxide was usedsimultaneously and gave a killing rate of 99.995% when 75% ethanol was use in combination,indicating that hydrogen peroxide and ethanol had significant synergistic sporicidal effectwith ultraviolet irradiation.Kry words ultraviolet rays ethanol hydrogen peroxide synergistic germicidalaction Bacillus subtilis var.niger sporicldal action
