固体碘伏对艾滋病病毒灭活效果的实验观察

摘　　要：经检测，用含３０ｍｇ／Ｌ有效碘的固体碘伏（ＰＶｐ－Ｉ）溶液，作用１０分钟，可将艾滋病病毒完全灭活。The efficacy of solid iodophor(PVP-I) solution in inactivation of HIV(strain BA-2)was tested in laboratory,The result of neutralization test indicated that 50μl of 1 % sodiumthiosulfate could neutralize 50μl of solid iodophor solution containing 1000 mg/ L availableiodine. The test for inactivating virus indicated that the solution containing 1000 mg/Lavailable iodine with a 1-minute contact time or that containing 30 mg/ L available iodinewith a 5-minute contact time could not completely inactivate HIV,while the solution con-taining 30 mg / L available iodine with a 10-minute contact time could completely inactivateHIV.
