摘 要:对液氮贮存处理中各阶段成年人尸体皮块的细菌污染进行了调查。消毒前的皮肤细菌污染率为100%,平均菌量达11000cfu/g;消毒后细菌污染率降至63.16%,平均菌量为1450cfu/g。抗冻液浸泡后污染率无明显变化,但平均菌量降至479cfu/g。液氮贮存后,污染率与菌量均无明显变化。此外,对检出的细菌进行了种类的鉴定。In order to find out the extent of bacterial contamination of allogenic skin stored in liq-uid nitrogen for skin grafting in extensive burn, samples of cadaveric skin from healthy adultsat different stages of processing were taken for examination. The results showed that insequential order of processing, the bacterial contamination rate of the skin before disinfectionwas 100% with a mean bacterial count of 11 000 cfu/g and that after disinfection(by 0.1%chlorhexidine),the contamination rate decreased to 63.16% with a mean bacterial count of 1450 cfu / g. The contamination rate after defatting did not change significantly and that afterimmersion in antifreezing fluid also showed no obvious change,but the mean bacterial countdecreased to 479 cfu / g. After storage in liquid nitrogen,both the contamination rate andbacterial count were not signiflcantly different from those after immersion in antifreezing flu-id.Of the 112 strains of bacteria found, 42 were identified as Gram-positive cocci(37.50%),37 were Gram-negative bacilli(33.04%) and 33 were other bacteria (29.46%).The bacteriaon the skin before disinfection,after disinfection and after defatting were mainly Micrococcusspp.,Gaffkya tetragena, Staphylococcus spp.and Gram-positive bacilli,while those afterimmersion in antifreezing fluid and after storage in liquid nitrogen were mainly Gram-nega-tive bacilli.
