门诊手术室健康教育满意度调查分析

摘　　要：目的:分析门诊手术病人对健康教育的满意程度及存在问题,为提高整体护理质量提供依据。方法:采用健康教育满意度调查表对我院189名外科门诊手术病人进行问卷调查。结果:术前教育阶段5项内容,3项满意率>98.0%,2项满意率<69.9%;术中教育阶段9项内容,6项满意率>85.1%,3项满意率<67.1%;术后教育阶段7项内容,2项满意率>99.4%,5项满意率<79.7%。结论:护士应提高对健康教育的认识水平和相关知识学习与训练,积极参加在职培训,提高健康教育及整体护理水平。Objective:To investigate the satisfaction level of patients in out-patient clinic operating room towards health education,find the existing problems and improve the holistic nursing quality. Method: Questionnaires about satisfaction level towards health education were administered to 189 patients in clinic operation room. Results:Among the 5 parts of preoperative health education,satisfaction level towards 3 parts were higher than 98.0% with 2 parts lower than 69.9%.Among 9 parts of health education in operation,satisfaction level towards 6 parts were higher than 85.1% with 3 parts lower than 67.1%.Among 7 parts of health education in after operation,satisfaction level towarss 2 parts were higher than 99.4% with 5 parts lower than 79.7%.Conclusion:Nurses should enhance the knowledge of health education,increase the training on related information,actively participate in in-service education,It could improve their health education level and holistic nursing level.
