中国城市化发展的理性思考

摘　　要：分析了中国城市化进程中的诸多非理性问题,提出了城市化理性发展的概念,并进而针对不理性的城市化问题提出了理性解决方案。This thesis analyzes a series of non-rational problems emerged in the development of urbanization in China,and proposes the conception of rational urbanization. It puts forwards schemes for rational urbanization with considerationto the direct economic benefits, heavy costs of destroying of environment, drastic gap between the poor and the rich, andthe widened discrepancy between different areas. It also suggests that a city’s prosperity shall be rational and sustainable,on consciousness of some constructive proposals.
