摘　　要：采矿方法的应用与发展必须结合矿体的赋存条件,不断优化矿房结构参数和回采工艺,以提高矿石回采率,有效回收矿产资源,创造更大的经济效益。济南钢城矿业有限公司30年来应用分段矿房法开采厚大矿体,逐步形成了一套完善的采矿工艺,回采率和经济效益大幅度提高,对于同类型矿山具有借鉴意义。The application and development of mining method should be in accordance with ore deposit. By optimizing the parameters of stope in structure and excavating operation, high ore recovery rate and good economic results could be obtained. Sublevel stoping has been adopted successfully for 30 years in mining thick ore deposit in Jinan Steel City Mining Co., Ltd., the mining technique has been becoming perfect.The ore recovery and economic results has been obviously improved. It provides good experiences for other mines.
