摘　　要：实施项目总建筑师对项目全过程负责制,在外高桥港区的房建工程项目管理中是一种尝试,贯穿于工程的设计与建造的全过程,特别是在管理小区的每一个实施步骤都被组织地有条不紊,显现着建筑师的责任心和专业素质。但同时也反映出一些传统过程管理模式与新的操作方式之间一些不适应之处。Implementing chief architect responsibility system is a trial in building project management of Waigaoqiao Port Area. It was conducted in every procedure from the building design to construction. Architects′ strong sense of responsibility and good profession quality are reflected from every aspect of implementation in administration area, which is well organized in precise order. On the other side, we can find some inadaptabilities between the traditional management mode and this system.
