摘　　要：现有的数据采集系统中的系列数据采集卡, 成本高, 插拔不方便, 不易扩展, 为了解决这个问题, 利用USB技术和单片机开发数据采集系统的方法, 再结合LabVIEW图形化编程语言作为应用程序开发平台和LabVIEW强大的网络通信和数据分析处理功能,最终实现了发动机测试系统远程检测诊断。A data acquisition system based on singlechip C8051F0005 of Cygnal company and USB technology is developed. Virtual Instrument development platform LabVIEW is a high efficiency graphical platform in measuring, testing and industries control realm. But the DAQ(Data Acquisition) card needs the company of NI to provide drive, which greatly limits the choice of the customers .Calling external code method in LabVIEW is discussed, and DLL drive for the domestic data acquisition card is developed. It has been proved that the method is efficient, practicable, and is a good way to improve the overall performance of LabVIEW.
