盐酸二氢埃托啡与美沙酮联合用药对海洛因依赖者戒毒治疗的评估

摘　　要：对４０例海洛因依赖者使用盐酸二氢埃托啡（ＤｉｈｙｄｒｏｅｔｏｒｐｈｉｎｅＨｙｄｒｏｃｈｌｏ－ｒｉｄｅ，ＤＨＥ）与美沙酮联合替代戒毒７ｄ疗法。并与ＤＨＥ及美沙酮（各２０例）单药对照。结果表明联合用药方案可迅速彻底控制戒断症状，两药扬长避短，过渡平稳，用量均减少，疗程缩短，避免了对替代药物依赖的可能性，为临床提供了一种快速无痛苦戒毒方案；同时提示：阿片受体激动剂在缓解戒断症状方面可以互相替代。Study on a 7～10 days detoxification method of Dihydroetorphinecombined with Methadone was conducted in 40 heroin addict patients and 2 controlgroups (20 heroin addicts in each group) were treated with DHE or Methadone alone.The results revealed that abstinence syndromes were controlled effectively by the 7～10bays detoxification method,and the doses of both DHE and Methadone and the possibletolerance or dependence of the two drugs were reduced.
