福莫特罗的药理学特点及临床应用

摘　　要：福莫特罗（ＦＭＴ）是新型长效β２受体选择性激动药，对β２受体的选择性和内在活性比沙丁胺醇和间羟舒喘宁高，其气道扩张作用以及对组胺、乙酰甲胆碱等引起的气道收缩的抑制作用可达１２ｈ以上。此外，它还有较强的抗炎作用。适用于慢性哮喘、夜间哮喘、ＥＩＡ和ＣＯＰＤ等，是一种长效高活性的平喘新药。Formoterol is a long-acting β2-receptor agonist. Its selectivity for β2-receptor and intrinsic activity are higher than those of salbutamol and terbutaline. Its bronchodilating action and protecting effect against bronchoconstriction caused by his-tamine or methacholine can last more than 12 hours; It also has a singnificant anti-in-flamlnatory effect.Formoterol is an effective therapeutic drug for chronic bronchial asthrna,nocturnal asthma,exercise-induced asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases.
