人工流产妇女手术前后精神卫生水平调查

摘　　要：采用精神症状自评量表（ＳＣＬ─９０）对四川省１９９０年７月１日至１９９１年６月３０日六县、市的４，０００例１８─４０岁早孕人工流产妇女先后进行了４次评定。结果表明人流妇女在人流前自觉精神症状较人而后严重。术前精神症状主要与受术者年龄、受教育程度、职业、妊娠及分娩次数有关。而术者的医技水平、夫妻关系、受术者职业、性生活情况等则是影响人流妇女术后自觉精神症状的主要因素。with Symptom Check-list 90 (ScL-90),4000 women underwent induced abortionwere investigated before operation and 15 ,90 ,and 180 days after operation ,respectively. The wom-en reported more symptoms before operation ,with significantly higher SCL-90 total score than Chinesenorm. In the follow-up ,the measurement of SCL-90 returned to normal range gradually. The self-re-ported symptoms before operation were associated with subjects’age ,education level ,occupation andprevious times of pregnancy and deliver ,while symptoms following operation related to operators’skill , subjects’satisfaction with marital relationship and sexual activity ,and occupation.
