充分利用俄罗斯木材资源浅议

摘　　要：俄罗斯制浆造纸工业自1989年产量滑坡后,近年来开始复苏,产量上升,并将继续增长。它拥有世界上最丰富的木材资源,但尚未充分开发利用。在此基础上,笔者认为我国造纸企业将有机会与俄罗斯加强合作、合资,充分利用其木材资源生产我国紧缺的化学木浆。The pulp and paper industry of Russia has seen a recovery in recent years after an annual yield decline in 1989: the output rises and will keep on rising. It has the most abundant timber sources in the world but no full exploitation and utilization has been made yet. On this basis, the author suggests that China’s papermaking enterprises will have the opportunity to cooperate and co-invest with Russian enterprises and to produce with its timber sources the chemical wood pulp which is in short supply in China.
