摘 要:从吉林省某鹿场梅花鹿流产胎儿肝脏病料中分离出1株病毒,并对其进行了鉴定。结果表明:该毒株接种于MDBK传代细胞后出现了BVDV典型而规律的细胞病变,其理化特性与BVDV相同,致细胞病变作用可被BVDV国际标准株C24V株的牛阳性血清所阻断,电镜负染观察病料接种MDBK细胞的F1代浓缩病毒液,可见典型的BVDV粒子形态,从F1代浓缩病毒液中分别扩增出402bp(NS2-3)和700bp(E0)的目的片段。认为该毒株是BVDV,命名为CCSYD株。An unknown virus was isolated from livers of an aborted fetus using MDBK cell lines, and it was identified.The results showed that the virus could multiply on the MDBK cells and induce regular cytopathic effect (CPE). Physicochemical quality of this virus was the same as BVDV. The CPE of this virus disappeared when the bovine positive serum was added. Observed by negative staining electron microscope, the virus could be seen with typical MDV virions. The target fragments of 402 bp (NS(2-3)) and 700 bp (E0) were respectively amplified from the passages of the F1 culture of this isolated virus. It can be concluded that this virus is a new strain of BVDV, named CCSYD.
