摘 要:在土壤中加入不同有机物料,研究其对越橘根系活力和菌根侵染率的影响。盆栽试验结果表明:苔藓+草炭处理的植株根系活力最高,比对照提高82 6%;原土对照处理菌根侵染率最高,为38 40%。露地试验结果表明:加入苔藓的处理菌根侵染率最高,比对照提高了122 2%,加入锯末、苔藓和草炭的复合处理菌根侵染率较高,分别比对照提高106 3%和65 1%;加入苔藓和草炭的复合处理及加入苔藓的处理,植株根系活力较高,分别比对照提高了46 7%和23 0%。Effects of soil amendments(moss, peat, sawdust, stillage and element S) incorporation on root activity and mycorrhizal infection incidence of blueberry cultivar 'northland' were studied in pot and field experiments. The result showed that root activity and mycorrhizal infection incidence had significant difference. In pot experiment, root activity of 'northland' cultivar in treatment of added moss and peat was 82.6% higher than the control. Mycorrhizal infection incidence was the highest in added 1 kg S treatment. In field experiment, mycorrihizal infection of 'northland' cultivar in the treatment of added moss was the highest, and in the treatment of added sawdust and added moss and peat, mycorrihizal infections were respectively 106.3% and 65.1% higher than the control. Root activity in treatment of added moss+ peat, and moss were respectively 46.7% and 23.0% higher than the control.
