摘　　要：简要分析了纺织工业的现状,提出模块化设计是解决纺机产品多品种、小批量、实现柔性化的重要手段。介绍了模块设计的基本理论,并结合纺机产品自身的特点,以粗纱机为例,分析了功能与模块的关系。This paper briefly analyzed the current situation of the textile industry,proposed that the modular design is the important means to solve low-volume variety and realize the flexibility of textile machinery,introduced the basic theories of the modular design.Combined with the characteristic of the textile machinery,it analyzed the relation between functions and modules of the fly frame by taking fly frame as an example,and the scheme of the module partition was put forward.
