带蒂髂腹股沟皮瓣一期修复手部皮肤缺损65例  

ABSTRACTS PRIMARY REPAIR OF 65 CASES OF HAND DEFECT BY PEDICLED GROIN FLAP

摘　　要：采用带蒂髂腹股沟皮瓣一期修复手部皮肤缺损６５例。断蒂时间１４～２８天（平均１６天）。断蒂后皮瓣全部成活，仅５例皮瓣边缘坏死，６例有轻度感染。随访６个月～５年，皮瓣的质地及弹性均好。讨论了带蒂髂腹股沟皮瓣一期修复手外伤的优点。rom jan.1984 through dec.1991,65 cases of hand skin defects were primarily repaired by podicled groin flap. Four of the 65 cases had skin defects on both sides of the palms and dorsal aspot of the hands which were treated by the Y-shaped hypogastric groin flap .Five easec had thumb loss in which the lxdicled groin tubed flap was used to reconstruct the thumb.The time of division of the pedicles ranged from 14 to 28 days(averaged 16 days).All flape survived after division of the podicle and only 5 flaps had maginal mecrcsis.Six cases had mild infection of the wounds. The time of follow-up ranged from 6 months to 5 years. The texture and elasticity of the flape after being transferred were good,The advantages of the pedicled gron flap for primary repoir of the hand injuries were discussed.
