真皮下血管网超薄皮瓣血运重建的实验研究（一）血流病理生理学观察

摘　　要：将超薄皮瓣设计在猪的腹部，按术后不同时间分成６个组。通过观察其色泽、肿胀、成活情况以及血流量测定，对超薄皮瓣的血流病理生理学进行了讨论。实验结果表明：①术后１天皮瓣处于“休克状态”，术后３天其血流量开始代偿性增加，５～７天达高峰，随后逐渐下降接近正常水平。②超薄皮瓣蒂部血流的有效供应范围是长：宽为１．５～２：１．he super thin skin flaps were designed on the abdominal wall of pig.The flap were divided into6 groups. The general oppoarances,such as the color,swelling,survival of the flaps,and the bloodflow measurement of the flape were used to oherve the postoperative pathophysiology changes of theblood supply of the flaps.It、was noted that:(1)the blood flow of the flape Was increasedcompensatorily as early as 3 days after oporation and reached its highest on 5th to 7th days,thers wasgradually decreased to normal.(2 )the effective range of the blood supply of the supor thin skin flaps(length to width was with the ratio of 1.5～2 to 1.
