摘 要:目的观察镁对大鼠急性肺损伤的保护作用。方法将大鼠随机分为正常对照组、损伤组、治疗组(镁制剂治疗组)。在用药前后测定肺动脉氧分压(PaO2)、血氧饱和度(SaO2)、肺动脉平均压(Ppa)及肺组织湿干比(W/D),血清及肺匀浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量;观察肺组织病理变化。结果治疗组与肺损伤组比较W/D、Ppa显著降低(P<0.01);PaO2、SaO2显著升高(P<0.01)。血清及肺匀浆SOD活性显著增高(P<0.01),MDA含量降低(P<0.01);肺组织病理变化:肺损伤组有大量炎性细胞浸润,明显点块状出血坏死灶,间质明显水肿,治疗组仅见少量点状出血点及轻度炎性细胞浸润。结论硫酸镁可通过直接或间接清除氧自由基、阻断Ca2+内流等作用来维护膜结构的完整性,对急性肺损伤有保护作用。Objective To study the protective effect of magnesium on lung injury.Methods ① To divide the animals (rats) into three groups randomly: normal group, lung injury group, magnesium sulfate treatment group. ② Blood gas was analyzed at 60,120 min after giving medicine. PaO2, SaO2, Ppa,W/D, SOD and MDA in plasma and lung homogenate were determined; ③ To observe the pathological changes of lung tissue. Results PaO2 and SaO2 of the treatment group was increased obviously (P<0.01) compared with those of lung injury group, there was a significant difference; lung mw/md and Ppa were significantly lower (P<0.01). In lung homogenate and blood serum MDA decreased (P<0.01), but SOD increased (P<0.01). Lung pathological changes: there were some obvious drop lumps bleeding necrotic foci in the lung injury group. There were a lot of PMN infiltration in lung, but only a small amount of drop bleeding foci in the treatment group. Conclusion Magnesium sulfate might have a protective effect on the damage of lung injury by inhibiting oxygen free radicals.
