摘　　要：目的:探讨MEBT/MEBO防治手部深度烧伤瘢痕的可靠性。方法:用MEBT/MEBO治疗手部深度烧伤,将发生的瘢痕例数及愈合时间与传统疗法遗留瘢痕及愈合时间作比较。结果:治疗组172例出现瘢痕17例(4.07%),瘢痕级别低于对照组,愈合时间提前,经X2检验,P<0.01。结论:皮肤再生技术是治疗手部深度烧伤防治瘢痕的理想方法。Objective: To investigate the reliability of skin regenerative medical technique in treating deep burn wound in hand and preventing scar formation. Method: The efficacy of MEBT/MEBO was compared with that of conventional treatment. The observations included incidence of scar formation and wound healing time. Result: In MEBT/MEBO group, 17 out of 172 cases had scar formation (4. 07%). This scar formation rate was lower than that in control group. Wound healing time was shortened in MEBT/MEBO group (P< 0. 01). Conclusion: Skin regenerative medical technique is an ideal method for treating deep burn wound in hand and preventing scar formation.
